Opera Director, set & costume designer, producer. Founder and Creative Director of the innovative instagram theatre company @SmarT.eatr . Based in Warsaw and Florence, traveling world wide. Passionate about languages, speaking: Polish, Italian, English, French and Hebrew. Has started her professional career as costume designer in 2013. In 2018 has realised the costumes for the productions “DonGiovanni” and “HenryV”, of The New Generation Festival in Florence. As costume designer and assistant director, has worked with such directors as Michał Znaniecki, David Pountney and Sjaron Minajlo, in theatres like Teatr Wielki Polish National Opera in Warsaw, Teatro Sociale di Como and Opera Lombardia tour, Warsaw Chamber Opera, Teatr Wielki in Poznań, Arena di Verona, Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, Magio Musicale Fiorentino, Israeli opera in tel Aviv and Wuzhen theatre Festival in China. In 2018, as a member of De.Group.Production, has directed and coproduced the show “Demeter”, composed by Stanisław Rzepiela and performed in the Kraków Philharmonic. Since 2018 Anna is also the lecturer of Set Design for the Opera Theatre, on the department of Set Design at the Kraków Fine Arts Academy. In 2018-2019, as an assistant lecturer, she has worked with Michał Znaniecki in Opera Lombardia’s acting workshops for singers and in Opera Directing classes on The Warsaw Theatre Academy.
